      Young work environment. Great training. Pay is sub-par compared to industry standards. High performance environment. Benefits are great- lots of options.

      Career path in non-sales roles is a bit difficult to achieve. Pay is in non-sales roles can be below market value. Better contractor benefits. Better internal structure for career paths.
