      Avantages

      - wfh options - flexible pto - really good work benefits (insurance that extends to massages, therapy, and gender affirming care) - team building events like happy hours, going to baseball games, and beach volleyball (fun if that's your thing!)

      Inconvénients

      - company restructuring and reorgs have been stressful and hectic (including comp changes, rebranding, and leadership changes) - back office lay offs - enjoyment of the job is really dependent on coworkers and management, so your experience at apex will definitely vary from office to office (this is common across all jobs, but at apex you have to be very collaborative so this has a larger impact)

      It was great before Everforth come in and took over.

      Inconvénients

      No transparency! I was given negative feedback on a recent interview and the recruiter would not disclose anything. I have a right to know what was said about me. How else can I improve if I don't know why I did not get the job?
