      Avantages

      Amazing company culture - your title is just that a "title". From top to bottom and bottom to top, everyone has a say in clients and business. Want to make an impact at work? EverSpark has a just do it and get things done attitude. Your clients and co-workers become almost family and that is something that is hard to say in the marketing industry.

      Inconvénients

      Like all agencies you have your up and downs, EverSpark is still young so the management team is figuring out exactly what the identity of the company is but they are on the right path to success.

      At EverSpark you are surrounded by smart, hard-working people who care deeply about their craft. You are supported by a top-notch CEO who cares about you as an individual but also isn't afraid to hold you accountable. Things are fast-paced and there's never a dull moment. The work that EverSpark is doing is innovative and always of the highest quality. The company is growing very fast and going far. You can't beat it.

      Inconvénients

      I can't find many cons. It is a very healthy workplace with little "filler" work.
