I've worked at European Recruitment for a little over 6 years. After 5 years of working here full-time, I went on maternity leave to have my first child. During my leave, the company grew quickly, with lots of changes and people joining the business. I was worried I would be returning to a completely different company and wasn't entirely looking forward to my return, as I didn't know how I would feel with so many changes to the business and also worried I would feel overwhelmed by starting back at work after a long period of time away. However, I was really pleasantly surprised to find that the company had the same culture and feel. I received a warm welcome back, from old and new faces, and fell back into work with ease. I didn't feel overwhelmed with starting back or trying to balance what is now a part-time position with caring for my son. All in all it's been a great return to work :)
