Avantages
It is great that you get to schedule your own work and rotate positions for every assignment. You get to meet a lot of people every event. I feel there is a very strong team atmosphere and our managers have a great sense of humor. It is a lot of fun working here.
Inconvénients
There is a high turnover rate so we have to hire and train new people every year. This leads to some customer dissatisfaction due to new people not knowing enough yet. This can be frustrating. There isn't a handbook where guidelines for work are recorded. It would be nice for something like this to exist.
