      Avantages

      Respect among staffs and managers, company is willing to spend rousources on staff training and development, many rotation and international work

      Inconvénients

      compensation not very attractive and incentive compared to similar comanies from US, less chances in company if you are not a swedish, product localization is not enough

      Avantages

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
