      Great co-workers, benefits and perks.

      Inconvénients

      The recent change in leadership has created a lot issues in the organization. The new leadership is only connected to a few favorite employees, if you are not a part of that group then you are at risk. The software is very old technology and fragile.

      Avantages

      Engaging work and friendly atmosphere. A lot of good people to work with who are incredibly well versed in the global mobility space. Rewards professionalism and good work ethic. Solid work life balance, good hybrid work flexibility. Small enough to still allow for high autonomy for those who want to think outside the box and learn new skills.

      Inconvénients

      Transparency around decision making, not to an unusual extent, but more openness from senior leadership would be nice.
