      Good for starters and fresh grads. Friendly co worker

      Inconvénients

      the task given to you is not aligned in contract, ex. I'm a SE I but i have task for senior dev. Too stressful for the deadline with situation like this. There is no training, if you start, you'll be deployed ASAP in production.
