- Good team. - Colleagues within the department help each other. - Basic benefits. - WLB - 7.5h work day although no WFH. Mainly manual paperwork, usually able to complete within the 7.5 work hrs. - For passing time.
Inconvénients
- Other departments may not be friendly to you. - Lots of pressure from other departments - some of them lack understanding towards fellow colleagues from other departments. - If you're young and new, expect to take up lots of unnecessary blame and burden for things you didn't do. - Low pay & slow progress. - Pretty high turnover rate. Willing to give you more job but no pay raise and no promotion. - Managers may not have much authority (also affects promotion) since it's a family run business. - There's annual evaluation for your performance bonus but it really doesn't do much.
