      Avantages

      While I was there the other members of the team were smart talented people that were a pleasure to work alongside.

      Inconvénients

      While working at the ERC I worked under two lawyers that were more concerned with tearing people down and critiquing all innovative ideas than actually allow productive work to occur. As a result, the organization fell into financial hardships, and there was an incredibly high turnover. Under new leadership this is likely no longer the problem.
