      Avantages

      Epic provides a good salary, and the training period was very helpful for understanding the software and getting up to speed on the languages used.

      Inconvénients

      High turnover seems to be built into the company. Many of the benefits don't kick in until after 5 years as it seems most employees leave before that time.

      Avantages

      I learned a lot, started as part time and moved up to full time with benefits and got a lot of hands on experience and am fortunate for the opportunity.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of micromanaging is done in the office I was at. A lot of disorganization between managers and doctors lacking communication to their medical assistants and to each scheduling department.
