      Avantages

      - Growth rate was at about 25% in 2012 - You don't need to be very educated to get a job there, unless you work in the lab - 401K plan (2015) is great, benefits, etc.

      Inconvénients

      - Management style based on perception not performance - Top level management allow mid level management get away with unethical behavior - Don't expect to be noticed for hard work, you have to market yourself big time. You'll be surprised how many people claw one another for scraps.

      Avantages

      Job is laid back and had flexible hours since all the locations are mostly clinics and offices, pretty much no one is there after office hours. Just jam to some music and do your job. My manager Jesse, was laid back about when I came in to start my shift. Some days I choose to start at 5pm, some days I choose to come in at 10pm. As long as I got it done before the location opened up he had no issue with it, just make sure you communicate with them. I don't imagine full-time having that luxury. If you I wanted more hours, there was plenty of work to pick up. I was never forced to work extra hours if I didn't want to.

      Inconvénients

      Hard to get time off and finding coverage.
