      Pretty flexible with making your own schedule. Lots of young people. Nice benefits.

      Overbearing coworkers and some management. Poor leadership in several ways.

      Stellar benefits for size company

      Inconvénients

      They play favorites. Very hot headed-management--they fly off the handle without having all the information. They're not professional--cuss like sailors and drink on the job (one of the partners has a "bar" in his office). There isn't a formal HR to discuss issues with.
