For a startup, the culture and work-life flexibility is unmatched in my opinion. There are many employees who have been there for 4+ years, which speaks to the level of employee happiness for the most part. The CEO is also one of the best I’ve worked for - he’s hands-on and inspires the rest of the company to rally behind his vision.

Cash comp is likely below market on the GTM side, but could be offset by equity. Like any startup, it can be overwhelming with lots of strategic shifts and very lean teams.
