Avantages
The leaders here are open to improving in every aspect of the business. Ideas are listened to, feedback is given and received appropriately, and great care is taken in managing their growth.
Inconvénients
This is not a "con" of Enterey, but a "con" of consulting, in general: you are expected to be comfortable building relationships, and not have the expectation that everyone at the client site supports you being there. While my personal experience has been nothing but positive, I know that other, less experienced consultants work hard to communicate on issues effectively.
