      Avantages

      I have been with this company for several years and have experienced nothing but professionalism, camaraderie and support by my colleagues and senior management. Management acknowledges and appreciates the employee's efforts and hard work. A healthy work life balance is also a part of Ensequence's culture.

      Inconvénients

      long commute In the past some departments didn't communicate with each other, but management was committed to and has resolved most of these barriers.

      Ensequence is no exception to the problems of most fast-paced, entrepreneurial companies; things move fast so mistakes can happen. - No 401K Match - Pay Could Be More Competitive

      Avantages

      Small family feel, where everyone knows each other and work together to solve problems. Work-life balance is good, we work hard when necessary but not overly stressful. When you do a good job it's easy for others to take notice and the company is good about promoting this type of behavior.

      Inconvénients

      Some ruts are in place and it takes time to break out of the old and find a better routine/method. Some people are allowed to coast and not do top quality work.
