Avantages
I'm a new hire that entered the company as it redirected its focus to a new product-- so far, its been a fun challenge. We're a growing team consisting of hardworking Type A individuals who make tech for the medical device industry. I work with smart, genuinely kind people, and often find myself having conversations ranging from Google Map's search features to Yelp's review process after work. Although it's a startup we have a sizable base of customers so it's stable. I have a fair amount of free range in my role and the CEO is open to trying out new initiatives. Also, +5 points for the bi-weekly SnackNation subscription and proximity to Carlos' Bakery.
Inconvénients
It gets a little quiet in the office sometimes and we usually communicate with each other through Slack. It works for me but I know it's not for everyone. With that being said we put on the occasional ironic elevator music.
