Avantages
Pay is okay at best. That's really about it, but even that needs improvement.
Inconvénients
Stressful environment and management. Severe lack of communication. Managers and supervisors often butt heads or contradict one another. Bi-weekly pay. No raises. The majority of people here haven't gotten one in two years, since EPC took over the plant. No overtime. They actually refuse to allow people to do overtime unless it's dire. It's all about saving costs. Management refuses to deal with toxic or problematic employees. High turnover rate, and repeated hiring of people who were fired/walked out mutiple times before. Feed into previous con. Disgusting employees facilities. Bathrooms are a biohazard, and the breakrooms have multiple issues with insects, rodents, or water leaks that the company refuses to fix. Hazardous work environment. Oil, grease, resin, and trash are always on the floor, and more than a few people have gotten injured in the past as a result. Should also be noted: Putting in your two-weeks usually causes them to fire you on the spot.
