      Avantages

      Freedom and flexibility. You feel they trust you and that allows me to work with a different mindset. They culture is real not just something they say

      Inconvénients

      I don't have a con, I would like to work in project with more close collab with devs. This is somethings not always is there but in other project you do collaborate a lot with other team members.

      Avantages

      They don't take screenshots of your laptop. Hourly reports are not necessary. Great income if you're in LATAM.

      Inconvénients

      Salary could be a bit higher.
