Avantages
Engine Room offers its employees plenty of opportunities to gain experience in multiple facets of application development. Due to the small size of the company, employees get to participate and gain knowledge in so much more than at a large company. Management is very open-minded and responsive to any feedback given by its employees and is very helpful for individuals that are transitioning into their first full-time position or being promoted from within. The company and management maintains a very healthy balance of the 'work hard, play hard' mentality and it's refreshing. There is never a dull day and I cannot express how much I recommend working here, you'll love it.
Inconvénients
The FREE BEER keg is sometimes empty but I've never experienced this :)
