      Good Benefits and OK pay.

      Inconvénients

      Poor leadership. Area managers say they have an open door policy. Office doors are usually closed, when they are in the office. Upper management are rarely around. My see them once or twice a month.

      All the pros have been taken away

      Inconvénients

      Every aspect of the job. We do not maintain equipment. Only repair it or make it go again. Sweltering conditions.
