Good pay, mostly very pleasant people in the day to day

Inconvénients

Little to no regard for health and safety. No idea how they pass safety inspections. Very 1970s culture. Someone is going to get seriously hurt.

Avantages

Great team where I was working, we would all work together to get the most done each shift the correct way.

Inconvénients

Machine and other equipment broke a lot, only one person in an area could take a vacation day at a time.
