      Avantages

      Company has great potential with diverse business lines that can offer key turn operations. Strong branding culture from head office in the UK suggests standardized business model that has been successful in other parts of the world.

      Inconvénients

      Narrow minded approach by upper management that were inherited from previously acquired company is looking for a quick fix to business development opportunities. Some good people leaving in droves due to influence of acquired companies managers applying a "quick buck" approach. Safety management systems pieces of paper that were not, in my time, Transferrable to other sites.

      Avantages

      They will take you to many restaurants to eat but they don't care about you. The women on the team will gossip about you to other people but smile in your face and pretend to like you. This is a revolving door and the team has turned over several times

      Inconvénients

      Major financial issues. They are known to fire people on the spot without notice. You will experience the worst micromanagement you've ever had, you will be overworked, and expected to work around the clock, Manager will take credit for your work, They don't promote in job title or pay so when you hire on ask for a high number. Don't fall into a trap. Avoid if possible. You'll thank yourself later.
