Inconvénients
1) They use to treat experienced people as "Fresher" and they will treat freshers as "Experienced" Professionals.. No respect for Experienced people, specially in Equal team. 2) Unskilled and Unprofessional Test Leads, They some how manage to stay in the company by playing cheap Politics 3) Initially they won't bother about any project, when something went wrong then they will wake up 4) No proper Resource Management, Expert Automation testers are doing Manual Testing 5) There is a big "Bucket" System in Endeavour by that they are spoiling the Endeavour Standards. 6) Most of the Test Leads don't know how to manage the team and they don't have any skill set to become a Test Lead, They have skills to impress the Manager by roaming around the Manager... Only few Test Leads are having good skill sets and knowledge.
