      Avantages

      NONE to speak of except that the CEO is personable (though completely oblivious to the managerial dysfunction, incompetent revenue cycle services managers, and nepotism within his organization)

      Inconvénients

      AVOID working here. There are much better revenue cycle management companies to work for in the greater Nashville metropolitan area. I can speak firsthand and say that the positive 5 star reviews here are untrue and an embellishment of what EnableComp corporate wants you to think it's like working here. I've been berated, insulted, told to turn a blind eye to issues, instructed to lie, instructed not to go to legal when major health law, company policy and contractual violations were identified in addition to the countless personal moral injury and dilemmas I endured during my tenure there.

      Avantages

      A company with great value statement. I have been here for a couple years And I enjoy coming to work and interacting with all levels of management. I love that my opinion counts. The ability to move up in the company and be recognized for what you do. I have a great relationship with my department and HR in which i work very close too, This company prides itself on Employee relations and the ability to reach out to all levels of management to address a question or Issue. This is a great place to start your career and work towards advancement. You are welcomed into the culture and encouraged to thrive in it.

      Inconvénients

      I do not hear any negative conversations. There are always some bad days but for me that is part of life and they are not such where you can not adjust and move forward.
