      Avantages

      As full time employee they pay for your insurance, they have a very flexible time to work, and vacation time is very flexible. they can help you with attorney support in case that you are foreign, etc. you can get you key to work late or early according your own schedule also you can work weekends and holly days

      Inconvénients

      Overtime payment take so long, the management team is full of high school graduates, the dont understand some engineering stuff, expenses take so long to be reimbursement, everybody is your "boss" in case that you dont become an owner. they use a lot of old instrumentation and if are you not very used to is hard to work with that. very close mind to do changes

      Avantages

      - Nobody bothers you. - You can work at your own pace. - After one year if you do well, they invite you to become an owner. They will give you benefits: cellphone, full medical expenses, professional development (classes, tutoring or seminars), shares and more production sharing. - You can get overtime.

      Inconvénients

      - You have to start with the same basic salary than everyone, doesn't matter your degree or experience.

      Avantages

      There are no any visible pros at this company.

      Inconvénients

      Management at this company is not properly functioning as it should be, and is completely out of date. I would say they are still living in 1970s. People at this company do not trust each other, and there is no teamwork. The entire management team is full of high school graduates, and they do not understand engineering and business from any perspective. It would be hard for a true engineer to survive in such an environment. The company would not last long.
