      Free tuition for the employee and their immediate family members. Good 403B matching options.

      Inconvénients

      Extremely low pay-compared to other employers in the area. I've had two coworkers quit over the toxic work environment, and two were "let go", a third was hired in at XYZ salary and some time into his employment they lowered it, causing him to have to get a second job.
