Avantages
- One of the few opportunities to work in the development of high technology in Brazil. - São José dos Campos/SP (it's headquarters) is a nice, organized and relatively cheap city to live . - The company seems to take care of it's people.
Inconvénients
- Careers advance in the same timeframe as the development of aircrafts. What is regular time for the company can be the time of a life for people. - Not many options where to use the specialized knowledge gained there if you for whatever reason decide to leave. - Salaries for being highly specialized is about the same as for working with something else less demanding.
