• Amazing product, highly-rated industry leader • Worked around luxury jets all day, definitely not a bad thing. • Good place to learn about aviation business and aerospace tech if you are new to the industry. • Nice coworkers, a few exceptional personality conflicts but overall great. • Both my immediate manager and department boss were great people to work with during their tenure
Inconvénients
• Some resistance against cloud and contemporary tech for corporate communications. E-mail software and file-sharing systems were over 20 years old in design. • Underpaid, entry-level contract workers were a band-aid that couldn't fill the void. • Needed more talent and staff to support our department • Lack of standard work processes and work tracking systems • Top-down authoritarian management style
