      Good technically. Strong marketing. Reasonably good culture

      Inconvénients

      Under pays to the marketplace. Sometime the company gets in its own way to get things done

      Avantages

      40 hours easy People are nice - great environment Managers listen to concerns and bring resolution to the desk. I am remote which is not normal for EmPower to do and I thank them for that! :) love it here overall

      Inconvénients

      Wish I could visit more often. Not as transparent as I want them to be about the business but I’ve learned some news either way.

      Avantages

      Coworkers were positive and supportive. Great place to learn about solar and the industry.

      Inconvénients

      Little room for growth. Upper management not transparent. Future of business seemed to always be uncertain.
