      Avantages

      Coworkers were positive and supportive. Great place to learn about solar and the industry.

      Inconvénients

      Little room for growth. Upper management not transparent. Future of business seemed to always be uncertain.

      Avantages

      40 hours easy People are nice - great environment Managers listen to concerns and bring resolution to the desk. I am remote which is not normal for EmPower to do and I thank them for that! :) love it here overall

      Inconvénients

      Wish I could visit more often. Not as transparent as I want them to be about the business but I’ve learned some news either way.

      Easy to comminate to other employees. Friendly work environment Upper management in office is nice

      Long hours on roof Plans tend to change due factors out of our control
