      Avantages

      -> Majority of team members are working from more than 5 years -> 3-4 teammates completed more than 9 years . -> Friendly Team -> Supportive Leaders -> Management is very supportive and help the employees -> Providing loans to the employees on their needs (without interest) -> Family atmosphere in the office , which is very rare to see in an IT company . Even I left the company due to my family got shifted to another city. I am missing Elixir so much .. I am still in touch with all Elixirites ...

      Inconvénients

      -> The only cons I have seen that they trust to their employees so much. Whereas the actuality is few are players ...

      Avantages

      Company culture is awesome. We work with people who are co-operative, helping and empathetic. The managers are very encouraging, welcome all inputs and are available for communication always. Great opportunities are in abundance.

      Work pressure is medium Follow the aglie methodology Give opportunity to perform new activities in technical field

      Inconvénients

      Pay scale is not good because Team leader took all advantages No proper aglie methodology and no proper communication made while launching the projects
