      Salary(Peanuts) Comes on Time usually

      Inconvénients

      You manager will suck your blood, won't give you leaves even if it's an emergency, will give you guilt for taking leaves specially Pharma team. Will shout to take out their own frustrations. Talk rudely. Will reduce your self esteem to zero and that will be enough to give you panic and anxiety attacks.

      Avantages

      In the exisiting set of services Elixir offered to its clients, one could get more business and do well. A lot of work life balance.The Heads do a good job of running the team and business.

      Inconvénients

      There is little room for new people to give inputs at the organisational level and bring in improvements.
