      Avantages

      The kids i worked with.

      Inconvénients

      My supervisor. Firing me for not being able to come to a meeting with HR because i needed an emergency LOA. Wouldn't tell me what the meeting was about. And terminated me ... wouldn't tell me the exact reason. Told all the kids as well as all of my coworkers, even though she said she'd keep my confidentiality. Never gave me an official written and not even a verbal.

      Avantages

      An incredible job with even better co workers. A unique nursing environment that you don’t get in the hospital setting

      Avantages

      Plenty of PTO available at times.

      Inconvénients

      The program is designed for failure. The kids don't have incentives to do well and lack of consequences. Higher management are disconnected from the reality of the program and could work 1-2 shifts to witness how well this is working.
