      Avantages

      No pros only Cons and constant harassment.

      Inconvénients

      Worst CEO with zero Knowledge of industry and how a software works. No work ethics here, employees are treated like slaves and harassed even at midnight. The CEO would use slangs and derogatory words as per his wish. No work-life balance

      Avantages

      Salaries are comparatively on a higher side for freshers considering Kolkata.

      Inconvénients

      - Unprofessional and 0 management - Boss/Owner treats you like a slave - Too much meddling into private life - No culture and professionalism - No benefits/ 0 holidays - Toxic - Company rules and policies keep changing as per Boss's mood sometimes within hours.

      Avantages

      No Pros, Only Cons !!!

      Inconvénients

      This place is worse than slavery. CEO and management treat employees like disposable slaves while upper Chatukars enjoy fat bonuses and "vision" trips. Constant micromanagement, hourly strategy flips, endless buzzwords, and gaslighting. Zero respect, zero transparency, pure exploitation.
