      Avantages

      Working there for quite a while trying to like the work, I still couldn't find one thing to say good things about, well atleast you get colleagues to complain about the company.

      Inconvénients

      Everything, mainly the HEAD of the company does value employee inputs, no holidays (even the public ones), no recognition for your contribution, no salary hikes, no paid vacation, even blames a sick leave as something do at a weekend. Absolute disaster of a management.

      Avantages

      Salaries are comparatively on a higher side for freshers considering Kolkata.

      Inconvénients

      - Unprofessional and 0 management - Boss/Owner treats you like a slave - Too much meddling into private life - No culture and professionalism - No benefits/ 0 holidays - Toxic - Company rules and policies keep changing as per Boss's mood sometimes within hours.

      Avantages

      No Pros, Only Cons !!!

      Inconvénients

      This place is worse than slavery. CEO and management treat employees like disposable slaves while upper Chatukars enjoy fat bonuses and "vision" trips. Constant micromanagement, hourly strategy flips, endless buzzwords, and gaslighting. Zero respect, zero transparency, pure exploitation.
