      Avantages

      Good people, and amazing projects to work on.

      Inconvénients

      Old workflows and slow adjustments to modern SW infrastructure. It's a puzzle how this company is even able to sell - the work is of the lowest quality I can imagine. There is no drive and no motivation in the company. It's a company engineers go to die in.

      Management seems to be all over the place, the workforce is much older, very slow sometimes
