      Avantages

      Consistent workload for employees. Management values the opinions and contributions of all employees. Hosts team building events. Allows flexible scheduling with remote options. Team environment is one of the best I've ever worked in.

      Inconvénients

      Not everyone comes into the office since COVID lockdowns, so team connections are more limited to events. However, everyone is available via remote communication.

      Great place to work! The owners intentionally cultivate a warm, friendly work environment. Team members are routinely praised for jobs well done. Gratifying work, helping our clients succeed in business.

      Inconvénients

      Tax season is busy - but I wouldn't want it any other way!
