Avantages

Some of the people are awesome to work with. However, they are overworked, underpaid, and overall abused by management. Hence, the outrageous turnover.

Inconvénients

Where to begin? If you go into an interview, just ask about the high turnover rate and you will get a BS response. I honestly cannot believe that this place has not been reviewed before and even more so, I cannot believe that this place has not gone under yet. The lies, the deceit, and the disrespect are absolutely intolerable. The morale in the office is nothing that I've ever seen or experienced before. Let me name just a few important bullet points: - Communication is nonexistent! Management discourages interdepartmental communication in a company of less than 10 people. Rumors start, sides are taken, everyone is out of the loop. - Management is out most of the time traveling but will not let employees know their schedule whatsoever. Hence, potential meetings, emails, and phone calls are a joke to schedule. - Management does not listen. They have a one-track mind and think that they know best. Think you have a great idea you'd like to implement? Get ready to be shot down. - I am pretty sure management does not even understand the product that they're selling. - The finances of this company are so up in the air that I wouldn't be surprised if they go under within a year. - Employees do not get paid on time! They are oftentimes late by a week or even a month!
