Avantages
-the work culture is excellent. when deadlines come around, teams are tight and committed to a smooth launch
-progressing steadily in the digital realm--projects are genuinely interesting and fresh
-work/life balance: as a PM, I've never had a better balance. managers actually insist their employees not put in 12-hour work days needlessly, and strive to create a support system in which you can actually be out at a reasonable hour.
Inconvénients
-teams are relatively small but growing along with the incoming projects
-smaller teams mean most members need to take on more expansive roles--however, this also adds to the culture and expands skills
