Educaro is not a corporate environment, but a well-organised start-up. - Team members are expected to be good communicators with great organisational savviness, meaning you should be a fast learner and good at grasping a complex context.

- Working culture is good - People are good & soft but two faced, outside they all are smiling but inside keeping evil's eye

- You will feel fantasized by looking at white people there , but believe me the foundation of the organization is not stable - You never know when you will thrown out of the company, - Will give you high salary package because foreign cuurency multiplies here but that doesnt mean you got their trust, - Organization works to get millionare over a night that doesnt work - Join a stabilized brand to consider as career option but not Educaro.
