MD never values people. Doest not pay salary on time and if you decide to leave, that is where you will understand his true self. Such an unprofessional behaviour and the worst person you can see. He will ask you to work without paying. Will tell you to work day and night and does not pay. He expects you to spend for his company which is totally unfair. Even if you are currently employed there, I would suggest you to move immediately and save your career.
