      Avantages

      Small private company with family oriented culture. Approachable executive team, and ability to have an immediate impact regardless of function or title. Your input is welcomed, and your contributions are very visible. All-you-can-eat snacks, drinks, and free lunch provided once a week.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are below par of what you might expect from a Silicon Valley company. There are some well entrenched long-standing employees that need to let go of the past, and embrace the future of where technology is going. Most importantly, the company needs a clear vision of where it is going both technologically and as a business. Simply existing to support the whims of big Service Providers is NO LONGER GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE LONG TERM!!!!

      Avantages

      Edgewater innovated and delivered many complex products, sustained business growth, and navigated throught many industry wide up/down business cycles. Edgewater's focus and stategy to deliver differentiated solutions helped win business with many of the largest service providers and enterprice customers. The team at Edgewater is challenged to deliver creative and simple solutions for complex requirement and demanding customers. This spans all functional teams.

      Inconvénients

      The small distrations for a small team is a burden that takes lots of time! Need to hire creative, experienced, can do attitude professionals.
