      Great network of very smart people Opportunity to work with some of the largest brands/companies globally

      Inconvénients

      Salaries can be low if you move up internally - lots of boomerangs because they prioritize external hires for higher pay. In the 3 years I have been management-bonus eligible it’s never paid out, and there have been layoffs 5 out of 6 years in my tenure here.

      Office politics. Silly things that were sold to the client that just did not make sense.
