Spend way too much time working on slides for new biz, very little output - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Edelman

Waste significant amount of time working on PPT slides for new biz...and therefore very limited amount of time to do real work. Need for giving new people time to ramp and support current and new biz, not enough grace is given...if you are not billable, what value do you provide... Management and nepotism, very evident, only seem to benefit folks if you are liked among the group. There is a clear need to work on the optics.
