      Avantages

      All of my colleagues, from junior level positions to senior management, are competent and pleasurable to work with. The company is very results oriented and there is enough work and responsibility to go around, so politics and bureaucracy are non-existent.

      Inconvénients

      Minor growing pains with a developing organization, but nothing uncommon and overall mid and senior level leadership share a common goal and have a reasonable path to get there.
