      Avantages

      I have worked with different clients over the last 12 years and I can say EcomBalance, Nathan and Connor, are the best I’ve ever worked with. I’ve found a home. I love that we are encouraged to share honest feedback without fear of judgment. We are encouraged to share our ideas and be involved in the company's growth. I was challenged to step out of my comfort zone time and again because they believed in me and my potential. We are never taken for granted and we feel heard and appreciated. It’s hard to build great relationships with remote team members but somehow EB found a way and it feels like a family.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing that stands out. Each business has it's challenges. Each challenge is handled very well.

      Avantages

      Fantastic culture & vision, promotes growth, very open to new ideas/concepts & ways to improve existing processes. Overall, they offer a very supportive work environment. I would highly recommend this company for remote work.

      Inconvénients

      Not really a con, but it is a startup company, so training, processes, & procedures are still being developed. This could actually be considered a pro, as they encourage their employees to participate in creating & streamlining existing processes & procedures.
