Avantages
- friendly colleagues, they makes working there bearable - good seniors/leads (unfortunately most had decided to leave this sorry excuse of a place)
Inconvénients
- bad management with bad decision making. One bad investment after another. - increments and bonuses are mystery. They will proudly announce when they are able to give or else, dead silence - All things seemed lovely until you needed to deal with the higher management. - run! The good leads and managers in most department had already left bcs of the stubborn and greedy higher ups. - the fastest and highest turnover rate thus far. Less employees, more work for existing employees with no extra pay/benefit. And if u as a senior decided to leave, there will be no peaceful way out.
