      Avantages

      As a financial analyst, the pay was above industry average. Standard benefits are included in the offer and the personnel you are surrounded with are funny, friendly and are devoted to working completely and accurately to the best of their ability. The accounting team is very knowledgeable and excellent at doing their duties.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, there are no faces of color in management. Most employees that are promoted are promoted via internal politics and the entire company functions in something of a fish bowl. Managers do not readily share information nor devote much time to developing or grooming their subordinates to move on. There is no career pathing and the "good old boy network" takes care of their on. Upper management is unprofessional and often degrading to employees.

      Avantages

      This environment provides you with a lot of opportunity to learn stuff. In fact you have to learn a lot just to survive here. There are a lot of talented people here that make this company a little bit more tolerable.

      Inconvénients

      In my experience middle to upper management has no clue as to the value of their employees. In their minds they have completely commodotized their employees and see them as units that can be swapped out as needed. I've seen a lot of good people leave here and still management doesn't get it. Good people cannot be treated like slaves and be expected to hang around. The hours that employees put in at this place are astonishing. Sixty to seventy hour weeks are not unusual here.
