      Competitive Pay, Chance for advancement, While you are in charge of your destiny, there is always someone able to help if you have questions and the Owners and General Manager actually care about their employees, something that is rare these days.

      Avantages

      Aggressively invests in employee training, very talented technical sales staff, management team is easy to work with, a smaller company that can move quickly to resolve issues and/or keep up with the IT industry. My 10 years there were some of the most fulfilling of my career.

      Inconvénients

      None that I can think of.

      Avantages

      Management is extremely supportive of their employees and they care about your success, both personally and professionally. The more you sell, the better your pay. Management actually listens to their staff and turnover is extremely low.

      Inconvénients

      Having to use vacation days as sick days if you are sick is a real bummer. Sales is a cut-throat business probably best-suited for aggressive go-getters.
